Welcome to the year 2023. I don’t know about you, but I had a very slow start to it. I wonder if it is because I’ve been really indulging in the darkness of the season, my need to rest and hybernate more, and feel my way into the natural rhythm of this time of year, regardless of the global identification of the “New Year.”
Perhaps a gentler way we can mark the beginning of a new cycle/year, would be to start with the solstice when the days begin to grow longer, continue through Christmas and the solar new year and end with the Chinese New Year in January! This way, there is plenty of permission to take your time in this transition…
It took some patient time to put together a year long group coaching circle that I am now ready to share with you in hopes that it speaks to some of you and calls you to sign up! There is lots of experience and deep love in this content and I can’t wait to share it with those who are ready to put themselves first and grow as individuals within a group, in person. What a novelty, huh?
