I support my clients with accessing their intuition, creativity and empowerment through experiencing their emotions, not as problems to be solved, but as messengers for  transformation and agents of change.

I believe when we learn to drop out of our heads and into our bodies and hearts, we remember what is most important to us and are guided by that truth in alignment with our actions.

I’m a modern mystic with 25 years background experience in social work  with family systems, youth, different abilities, houselessness, elder care management and death doula-ing.

I specialize in life transition, life balance and life purpose coaching. I’m trained in cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment methodologies with over 2000 hours clocked as a 1-1 coach and have my PCC - Professional Certified Coach, thru the ICF - International Coaching Federation.

I identify as cisgendered, educated, white woman who is a natural born wisdom seeker, an adventurer, a tarot enthusiast, an amateur astrologer, a moon worshiper and a yogi, as well as a domestic engineer and hearth keeper, a mother raising a young man, a partner to his father, a daughter and sister, a North Star friend and an engaged citizen in the community of this precious earth.

I love all things art. Sewing is currently what I can’t seem to get enough of. I made this jumper I’m wearing out of a vintage sari. Most of all, I absolutely adore supporting and watching others come alive in their creative projects of expression!

I am a good coach for someone who is thinking about therapy but wants a creative, goal-oriented approach to establishing emotional wellness. If you are looking for practical tool kit building, and you want to explore your emotional landscape with courage, care and wisdom, I am the coach for you!

I am a gentle soul with a fierce heart; comforting, accepting AND a warrior for idealism. I believe in the power of love. I believe we know what we want and need, who we are, how we want to show up and when it will happen. We also know why. It’s already all there inside of us. It is the questions themselves that we must learn to love first and then listen for the answers to find us.

Hi, I’m Erin.
