What is Coaching and How is is it Different than Therapy?

Coaching is not Therapy, although they overlap, especially as more therapists learn the techniques of coaching and how effective they are.

Coaching is a partnership. We are a team working together to help you become the person you want to be, who you essentially already are.

Coaching is an empowering, goal oriented and results driven method of moving in the direction you want to go with your emotional health and well being, and reaching your goals with support and tools.

As your Coach, I will be your confidant to confide in, a partner to witness without judgement your challenges and growth, an accountability buddy to remind you of your values, dreams and goals when you’ve lost your way, a mirror to hold up to see yourself with love, a resource for book recommendations, handouts, exercises, tools, skills and practices, and a cheerleader to cheer you on and celebrate your wins with as you reach your state of optimum well being!
